Can I get a vape vending machine for zero down?

Many venues qualify for $0 upfront placement based on traffic, placement availability, and jurisdiction fit. Some venues choose an upfront investment to increase the monthly profit share.

How does the profit split work?

You earn a percentage of monthly profit based on your tier. We send reporting with your payout so you can see sales volume and your share. See the estimator on Revenue.

Is this complicated for my staff?

No. The model is designed to be hands-off. Your staff isn’t responsible for stocking, troubleshooting, pricing, or reporting. You mainly approve placement and allow access for install/service.

What does the venue have to do?

Approve placement, allow access for installation/service, and keep the unit in the agreed location. We handle the rest (operations, maintenance, reporting, and payouts).

Where do you place a vape vending machine inside a bar or club?

High-visibility spots that don’t disrupt flow typically win: near restroom lines, exits, or entry flow zones. Final placement is approved by the venue.

Do you need Wi-Fi?

Typically no — many setups run on a cellular connection so your team doesn’t manage network setup.

How long does installation take?

Timing varies by location and scheduling, but installs are designed to be quick and minimally disruptive. We coordinate with the venue to avoid peak times.

Do you need floor space?

No. The unit is wall-mounted, which helps preserve floor plan and traffic flow in nightlife environments.

How do I track sales and payouts?

Venues can view performance via dashboard reporting (sales volume, payout summaries, and trends). See the dashboard preview on About.

How much can a bar or club make with a vape vending machine?

Earnings depend on venue traffic, hours, placement visibility, and local demand. Use the estimator on the Revenue page to model scenarios.

Is this compliant and safe for my venue?

Compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction and may change. We evaluate fit before installing and operate with safeguards designed to reduce venue risk. See Compliance for a high-level overview.

Do you handle maintenance and support?

Yes. If anything needs servicing, we coordinate access and resolve it. Your team shouldn’t be stuck troubleshooting hardware or software.

What happens if the machine is vandalized or tampered with?

We design placements to reduce risk and handle service issues when they occur. If something needs repair, we coordinate the fix and get it running again.

Who sets the pricing?

Pricing is managed on the operator side as part of running the system end-to-end. The goal is to keep it consistent and simple for venues.

Do we have to handle cash?

No. The system is designed around cashless payments and reporting to simplify operations and reduce confusion.

What kinds of venues qualify best?

High-traffic nightlife venues typically perform best: bars, clubs, lounges, and late-night venues with steady weekend volume and a visible wall spot.

Do restaurants qualify?

Restaurant-bars and late-night concepts can qualify if traffic and placement fit are strong. Submit the eligibility form and we’ll confirm.

Can I request a specific wall location?

Yes — you approve placement. We’ll recommend the highest-performing spot, and you can confirm what works for your venue’s flow.

Will it create crowding near exits or bathrooms?

Placement aims to be visible but not disruptive. We avoid installations that block egress, create congestion, or interfere with venue operations.

How long does it take to get approved?

Approval timing varies by venue information and scheduling. Start with the eligibility form, and we’ll follow up after reviewing fit and availability.

Is there a contract?

Placements typically involve written terms covering placement, access, reporting/payout timing, and responsibilities. Exact terms depend on venue fit and jurisdiction requirements.

Can we remove the machine if we don’t like it?

Placement is designed to be low-friction and venue-friendly. Any removal or relocation is handled through the agreed terms and coordinated with the operator.

Does the machine impact my liquor license or venue license?

Requirements vary by city/state. We review compliance fit before proceeding, and only place machines where the operating model aligns with local requirements.

How do we get started?

Submit the eligibility form and we’ll confirm fit, share tier options, and coordinate placement if approved.
